This is all subjective. There are phones like the Galaxy S8, LG G6, and others that are aimed at the same target audience as iPhones. They all have pretty comparable specs and the cameras and screens are all but identical. The main difference with these phones is that they run Android. You can say iOS is better or Android is better for x reason, but at the end of the day, it all comes down to personal preference. If there’s anything you take away from this, it’s that it’s all about preference.
For example, if you gave a construction worker an iPhone, they’d probably crack the screen in the first day (exageration, but you get the point). If you were to instead give them a phone like the CAT S60, they’d be able to keep and use it for years to come. Point being: different phones exist for defferent people, but it’s up to them to decide what they want; not I nor anyone else can decide what type of phone you want.
So to answer your question: different phones will be considered better for different people.

For reference, this is the CAT S60.
